Hi, I need clarification on whether PF should be deducted based on the minimum wage or if the monthly gross (basic + DA + other allowances) of the employee should be equal to the minimum wage, in which case PF is calculated on the (Basic + DA). In this scenario, the basic + DA is less than the minimum wage.
