A explanation letter is issue to me that I leave office 4 pm but i did not leave office because I went to masjid for offer the prayers of asar, after offer the prayers I went to ATM for with drawn of cash. As it I leave office approximately 4:40 pm. How i will write a response of explanation letter of leaving office without intimation?
