Plz help me out. I need a Performance Evalutation & development questionnaire. its very urgent can any one help me plzzz im doing my Thesis & hav to finesh this month plzz help me :unsure:

If you are doing your thesis, have you got your aim and objectives based on literature survey? If so, could you kindly post that so that we can give you proper advice?

I have taken a quick look of your chapter Review of Related Literature.

It is full of plagiarised material from the web, as you have not cited any references.
Where are you studying and and for what course? In which organisation will you be conducting the study?
You have not sent the introduction to your reaseach which gives the aims and objectives of the study. Also, have you decided on the Methodology? If not, how will you design the questionnaire? Will you be pursing a scientific approach or Social Sciences approach?

Simhan i did not posted my ful thesis ...im going to attche it until knw 1st chp is not completed but im working on it now wel my profr didnt helped me much she just told me too make a simple questionnaire 10 questionnaire on Performance evalutation & 10 on Development thats it...

I am sorry to hear that your prof did not help. But understand that the prof job is to guide you and not do anything directly.
I have taken a quick look of your document. Still you have not addressed the problem of giving complete reference to the material used by you in Ch. 2. Your previous file is attached with some comments.
Please also give details of where you are doing what course, etc.
