I am seeking inputs to prepare a document for the management and employees on the benefits under the ESIC scheme, specifically the medical benefits provided by the company. I have collected information from the Act and as stated in their state. I would appreciate it if any of you could share your views and comments on the comparative benefits that you have analyzed on this topic.
I would also like to know if any of your companies have been provided exemptions from the applicability of the act by virtue of implementing and providing more/equal benefits through mediclaim, accident benefit, hospitalization plan, company doctor, reimbursements of all expenses, etc.
