How Can I Create an Effective Compensation Questionnaire for My IFFCO Project?

Hi, my name is Sakshi. I am doing my summer training at IFFCO. I want to do a project on compensation, so please guide me on how to create a good questionnaire on compensation, including the Sixth Pay Commission.
