Dear Satish,

Most welcome. We are a group of people who are into Human Resource Management and Training profession at different levels. Gathering is not based on Training presentations. Neither is it compulsory. Those members who feel they have something to share with fellow members volunteer for the subject/topic and present it in their comfortable way of delivery. Some prefer stereotype PPT-based delivery, while others would opt for an interactive discussion-oriented session. Most of us are silent observers providing inputs as and when required.
