Feeling Stuck on Your HR Branding Project? Let's Brainstorm Content Ideas Together

Well, I have been studying HR branding for the last couple of weeks. I have very good material about this, and now I'm going to make the final project. However, the problem is that I'm quite confused about how to start and what contents I should use. Can anyone please tell me what contents I should use? Any rough idea, any table of contents?

I am also doing a summer project on HR Branding. Can anybody tell me how to go about it? I have decided to take a survey of employees about their attitude towards the HR Department. But then what should I do further?

You need to do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Form your hypotheses to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have decided on the topic of HR Branding. However, I am unsure if employer branding and HR Branding are the same thing because the questionnaire I have been asked to create is based on how effective HR is in the organization or how approachable HR is as a department. If they are the same, then the whole purpose of my questionnaire is baseless.

One is external branding of the organizations to attract employees, the other is to attract the internal customers to use HR services. Did you access my PPT presentation and study it? I have also posted a sample MBA project of my students. Kindly take a look at them and clearly define your aims and objectives (at least 3) and then think about the questionnaire.

Have you studied the link I posted above, for "HR as a Product: ..."? I have found it quite helpful for generating ideas.

Also, please look at some questionnaires on the web and observe how they are designed.

Please search CiteHr (see my posts on Questionnaire Design, Research Methodology, etc.) and the web (on questionnaire design, internet surveys, and branding) and modify your questionnaire. It is always better to ask personal and demographic questions at the end.
