Hello All,
I have Technical TL who put down in papers on the 30th of april.Our salaries for the month are credited on the 7th of next month. As this employee is serving his notice period and willing to serve 15 days instead of 30. (again no policy in place) would u advice me to process his salary for the month of april 2009 ? coz if i proces and pay him, there is no guarantee that he would stay for 15 days without completing the transition.
please help me in this. I am completely handicapped without policies in place... :-(
