Transitioning to a Soft Skills and VnA Trainer: Seeking Advice on Courses and Career Paths in Mumbai

I am a Process Trainer from Mumbai for the last 1 and a half years with an Insurance background, but I have always had an interest in soft skills training and VnA. Now that I have resigned from my current position, I want to pursue my further career as a Softskills or VnA Trainer. I would need some suggestions and advice from masters of this field.

1. Which course/certification should I take up to become a VnA/Softskills trainer?
2. Where in Mumbai will I be able to get this certification/course?
3. Since organizations in today's world only need experienced resources, how can I further achieve my dream?
4. Furthermore, if I want to become a Freelance Trainer...?
