When geese are going to land, one of them goes ahead first to find a safe place. If this bird perishes, the flock never uses the dangerous place for landing.

We all talk about teamwork all the time... team and team... working together... team spirit.

I really like the flow of the presentation.

The most important point mentioned in the presentation is the emphasis on sharing, highlighting the significance of even the smallest team member who can step up and lead.

I have observed that in some teams, the leader always takes the lead, regardless of the situation or requirements, without delegating authority to their team members.

It's truly a valuable lesson.
