HR Topics For Summer Training Projects

I am doing regular MBA in Noida.I need to do 8 weeks summer traing.can you suggest me to choose topic for summer training project.
my aim to know about the practical usuage of the topic in the organisation.
Kindly help me. I have to give topic on Monday.

Do you know in which organisation you will be doing the training? If so, ask the organisation what are their pressing problems and choose amongst them. Your training and the project report should benefit them too.
Also, please search CiteHr for ideas, as these have been covered many times over in the past.
