Hi Praneeth & Paulami,
For entry into a reputed BPO Company, you can expect a few of the following screening/shortlisting processes for operations-related jobs:
1. Group Discussions (extempore talk/discussions generally on a common topic in the presence of other job aspirants).
2. Voice and accent test (over a simulated headphone-activated telecalling/customer situation if you go for voice-based BPO jobs).
3. Psychometric test (or optional mathematical aptitude, inductive reasoning, and state memory tests).
4. Logical aptitude test.
5. Written essay test (to check the lucidity of English writing).
6. Thematic apperception test.
7. Interview with the concerned department professional.
8. Computer proficiency/encoding (KDPH) test (based on the nature of your job).
9. IQ/EQ Test.
10. Interview and finalization with the HR department.
The written tests mostly include the psychometric, aptitude, and essay writing tests.
However, some types of general management jobs may only entail interviews.
If you are smart, peppy, can communicate fluently in English, and are above average, generally, you can easily get through.
Hope this helps.
