I am copying what I posted this morning on Quality of Work Life. Hence, it is worth searching CiteHr before posting a query.
Hi All,
The above post on QWL clearly shows that most of you have not bothered to read all the messages in this string or search CiteHr to see if anyone has answered similar queries. To save you the trouble, I have copied messages that I posted yesterday on another string with similar requests.
Kindly give me more details about yourself, where you are studying, for what, and whether you have access to an organization, and if so, which one, etc. I might be able to help you. Also, please see my posts at CiteHR on this very topic. I might have posted about it a year ago.
If you are prepared to work hard, I will certainly help you. I am already helping a few who are on the verge of submitting their projects on other topics.

To save you the time in searching, I have reproduced my comments.
Kindly take a look at www.qowl.co.uk/
If you are interested in using their questionnaire for your project, then please write to me. I will see whether Alan Bradshaw will agree to give their questionnaire. I think their questionnaire is only available online.

This is a good article, and if you write to the corresponding author, he might send his questionnaire.
You can search the web for more papers by using search terms "QOWL + questionnaires".
Also, let me know how you are going to select the people for distributing the questionnaire.
I hope this helps you.
