Head Hunting Process - how to go about it?

Hi all, Can any one help me about the head hunting process? How to go about it? As i am fresher i was not aware of all these things....

Head hunting is the best tool to reach the passive candidates. It doesnt involve any major process, it depends only on your creativity and howmuch you can lie. But still i will give you some steps how to do
Steps

1. Map the targeted companies with their (Company) numbers.
2. Try to get that company's extension number. (Domain wise) - Document those details.

Tracing through their extension will give tremendous result, but its very difficult.
3. Cold Calls:Directly call the company and try to reach the person which you are looking for.
4. Participating in walk-ins.
5. Forums/ Community: get leads to do cold calls

Hope Most of them wont respond to calls in their busy schedules, then how to go ahead and contact them.?
