JOB DESCRIPTION
Incumbents would be responsible for all HR functions, which include HR recruitment, payrolling, implementing HRD practices, HRIS, salary administration, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws/regulations, office administration, etc.
Requirements:
Applicants should be post-graduates in Human Resource Management from a reputed University/Institute. They should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the aforementioned fields. Working knowledge of computers is essential.
Qualifications: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Experience: 1 to 2 years
