Is this a site to ask this type of question? Please keep in mind that this is not a personal site where you can ask anything that you want. This is a site where HR people have discussions. So, it's better not to post these types of queries in the future.

Yes, Asha, I agree with you. Krishnan should ask his wife which place she wants to go. No one else can provide a suitable suggestion regarding this issue. It is their personal trip, and it depends on both of their mutual decision.

In the given text, the spelling of "explain" needs to be corrected from "expalin." Additionally, the ellipsis should consist of three dots (...) instead of periods between words for proper punctuation.

Regarding paragraph formatting, there should be a single line break between the two paragraphs for improved readability.

Days are not too far when people will start asking about the rate of vegetables, fruits, bus fare with route number, recipes, problems with neighbors, kid naming, family quarrels, sale, purchase, and renting of personal property, etc., etc., etc., etc., and we will start answering and suggesting very quickly other than the person who is really in need of professional guidance.

Pity on us and "SHAME ON MEDIATOR & ADMINISTRATOR" who are still silent and allowing these types of topics to appear in the top ten discussions of the week, except for removing the same from CiteHR.

I agree with you. Even I posted a thread on "Is this citeHR for Love..." on which I received a lot of negative views. I was looking for only humorous postings and missing the HR content. I think today is a better day.

Agreed that Mr. Krishnan has posted something irrelevant to the forum. "44 posts" is more than enough to embarrass him. Did you all ever wonder why this is one of the "top discussed" threads? Not because he raised the query but because of all the responses received in turn. Then why blame the admin or poster wholly. Next time you come across such a thread, try flooding the starter's inbox with PMs with advices and comments or ignore such threads. There are many more threads lying unresponded. The message would be reached instead of encouraging.

Actually, even I wanted to ignore this thread but could not refrain from throwing my opinion to all of you because this is an nth time here. Maybe the starter isn't aware, but we are aware of "what to post and what not to," "how to post," "to embarrass or not to"... Above all, please have a check on your usage of words.

Apologies if I have hurt anybody. This is not in support or against anybody. Hope it's made clear. Would appreciate if the message is taken in the right sense and stop encouraging or embarrassing.

Well, all I can understand is many people are reacting negatively by blaming Moderators. As HR professionals, we need to consider both sides of the situation. Perhaps the moderators are reviewing the responses, and the controversy caused by our team members has brought this topic to the top 10. This can serve as an inspiration for others not to post inappropriate information.

It is unfair to blame those who have always supported us in our times of need with their valuable advice and information. Let us all be open-minded and positive, and refrain from blaming Moderators, as they are the reason we are all members here.

I would like all the Moderators, if they are reading this, to know that there are still people who believe in your presence. Please forgive those who are pointing fingers at you. I am sure there are many individuals reading this who will understand.
