Dear Seniors,

Please join Voice Against Female Insecurity and make a difference to society and the way females are treated. We need your support, HR Pros.

Thanks a lot in anticipation.

Hey Buddy,

I am with VAFI. Just inform me of the activities where we have to do some. (Female is our mother, sister, wife & daughter. We should respect females in all roles.)

Hi,

I know that Godaddy.com provides hosting only and does not provide AdSense. If you are generating profits from AdSense, you should not claim to be a non-profit organization. As a woman, I have every right to speak out about the "Voice Against Female Insecurity." I am a woman first and then an HR professional.

I am glad to see the post, but upon visiting the site, I was disappointed, which is why I left some critical comments.

Thanks.

Sure, here is the corrected version of the user's input:

Sareu,

Apologies if you were hurt, but you must never write comments like these. VAFI or none of its members are making any profits from AdSense. Though, we soon plan to start a few Corporate Social Responsibility Programs, and there we will do a lot of fundraising activities too. VAFI will use it for the cause only, and nothing else. I can assure every single person on behalf of VAFI...

The air is cooled here. If you are also cool, you must join VAFI and make a difference to it.

Sorry once again for being rude, but let us not do it again.

Cheers & Chill...

Hi,

If I said bad... You are saying very bad... Anyway, I don't want to prove anything to you. I am not a person to fight for nothing. As said by NSN, I am concentrating only on the objective. I don't have time to fight with you.

User input:

Hey, really sorry if you got hurt, but my intention was not to hurt you. Sorry. Now we can be friends.

Ignore, I don't think I can. Just reread your comments once again and send the same to any one of your friends to get feedback from them. You will receive more critical comments than mine.

My dear VAFI founders - Sumit and Abhi,

I was also frustrated looking at Sareu's response. Since our motive is to pass information and awareness to all women in our country, it should not matter if someone points their finger and says whether we are doing anything or nothing at all. Going forward, we will have many Sareus making worthless comments. I am happy with my team members and I know the contribution and hard work (duhhh only if that lady had ever seen our post on Safety of female members). Keep going. Great move guys... let's see more members pouring in and give valuable suggestions.

And for people out there who are wondering what can be done for helping us:

First, we need your support in joining hands in this fight against Female insecurity. Second, we will be sending you information (once we have our content ready), which you may pass on to your colleagues and friends - which would be about general safety awareness and tips. Third, we will be having an information access center which will have info on all local (whole India) emergency police numbers for contacting in case you are in need of help (access is for free - Sareu - please note, no fees for this). Fourth, we will also have a session where women can post their queries on their insecurity/or if they are going through a tough situation either at work or on their way home, solutions on assistance will be provided to them by the members. We will also have a lawyer/consultant and counselor (professionally certified people) join hands with us, to be a part of VAFI and contribute their expertise in guiding people.

What we want from you - the members is: If you have any valuable suggestions on improving VAFI or suggestions for female security, please keep us posted on the same. We would be happy to receive help and input from your end on improving VAFI.

Hi Ravi,

This was initiated by a few members of CiteHR. We would want everyone to participate and contribute as well. Basically, VAFI will serve as an information access for security (female security).

Hi Jawahar,

Thanks.

Ravi,

As Asha mentioned, this is a Human Resource Professional initiative started with the kind help of CiteHR. We cannot and should not use CiteHR's name for this initiative as we are thinking of registering this as a legal entity.

Thanks
