Please let me know the correct spelling. Is it Human Resource Management or Human Resources Management? The difference is 's'. What is the difference between Human Resources and Resource.

I have revised the text to correct spelling and grammar errors and ensure proper paragraph formatting.

Dear Lalithaa,

It is "Human Resource Management." Don't worry about the 's'. Just forget it. This is not a case of singular or plural. It is the name of a subject. I can understand your confusion, but don't lose your sleep over this.

Hi Dr.,

I am a student of HR. As per your doubt, I would like to clarify that it is Human Resource Management, not Resources. HR is purely concerned with a single resource of nature, which is human beings. If you refer to resources, it includes all other resources like land and capital. I hope this clears up any confusion you may have.

It's always Human Resource Management. However, in recent times, a new concept has arisen in the domain of HRM termed as "Humane Resource Management," which takes into account the emotional, social, societal, and spiritual needs of employees beyond the workplace. It triggers motivation to levels of professional excellence. Fundamentally, it goes into developing a 'high sense of care and concern' for employees - thus bonding human relationships within the organization, to the benefit of all.

Take Care,
