I am Sipra. I am doing my Summer Internship project on the satisfaction of employees regarding welfare schemes. I have created a questionnaire, but I need some suggestions on it. I have attached my questionnaire. Please help as soon as possible.

Hi Sipra,

You need to give more information about what course you are studying and where. Also, you need to state the purpose of the survey and the duration of the internship to receive useful comments.
