Hello Rizwan,

We all are fine. Regarding online chatting, you cannot chat, but you can send a private or profile visitor's message to any member of Cite-HR. It's a good idea to start chatting on Cite-HR. Administrators and moderators, please consider this.

There have been numerous requests and discussions about why we can't have a chat on CiteHR. Search for "chat on citehr" from the Google search in the header.

Sumit, you should start a group for the cause you are promoting instead of directing people to the thread - click on the groups icon in the nav bar.
