Feeling Stuck After MBA in HR? Seeking Advice on Short-Term Courses Abroad for Better Opportunities

samdee
Respected Seniors and Friends!

After graduation, I did M.Com in Finance (correspondence) and am currently pursuing an MBA (regular) in Human Resource. Nowadays, placements are happening in my college, but my college does not have much market value. Also, there is not much scope for HR students at my college. So, I am thinking of doing a specialization course outside India, preferably in Switzerland. However, I am really confused about what to do. I also wanted to know if there are some short-term courses offered abroad, with maximum one-year duration, and if these colleges offer scholarships. If you can suggest some good colleges, I would greatly appreciate it.

Really looking forward to your replies.

Respected sir,

Thank you for the information, but could you suggest more options, I mean courses and all, which can help me in the future? As in my college, I don't have much scope for HR. Also, nowadays, college reputation really matters in terms of placements. XLRI is a big name, but besides that, can you suggest some other foreign colleges? Could you also shed some light on the courses that can benefit me in the future? This would be a big help. Looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Seema

Hello sir,

I have thought of one course, and that is "public relations" after my MBA in HR. I need your valuable comments on the same. What do you think? Looking forward to your reply.

Belated Happy Diwali and Happy ED.

Seema
