Celebrating Our First Chennaites HR Sangamam Meet: A Day of Learning and Connection

Hi All,

The Chennai meet was a big success and a wonderful start. We, Chennaites HR Sangamam, are really thankful to CiteHR for giving us this opportunity. It was a wonderful feeling for all of us.

The event started off with a prayer song by Gayathri, Gunalakshmi, and Uma Maheshwari. This was followed by self-introduction of every member. We had a few friends from other industries as well; they shared a lot of ideas and views pertaining to HR-related topics.

The very interesting part was that we had Mr. Ravichandran and Mr. Senthilraj, who are seniors in the HR industry, and two juniors, Balamurugan and Lakshmi, pursuing MBA HR. The seniors shared their experience and guided us in further proceedings.

We discussed various issues like recruitment, attrition, and updates in the HR world. We had lots of fun, and it was a very memorable event for all of us. Everyone's efforts made this event a big success and a wonderful platform to share knowledge, learn, and grow together.

Thanks to Mr. Senthilraj who had come from Delhi and participated in the meet. We all decided to have a meet once in six weeks. The date for our next meet will be announced soon.

Thanks to Raghav and Asha who took efforts in finalizing the venue. We are highly confident that Chennaites HR Sangamam will be the best place for learning and sharing our knowledge.

We ended the day's meet after the National Anthem. The group photograph is attached herewith.

Excellent contribution from every participant, I guess. The photo session was a good idea; now we know their faces too. The summary given by Raj about the program was also very good. Hope to meet everyone in the next meeting, as I missed it for this time.

Must have been a great moment for the participants. I really feel sorry for having missed it due to my preoccupation.

Looking forward to participating in the next meet. Congrats to the participants for taking the lead in Tamil Nadu!

Undoubtedly, well-planned and united team efforts made the Chennai HR Sangam first meeting successful. All the members really contributed to the success, and it was evident on the faces of the people that they are ready for the second meeting. Hi Chennaites HR Sangamam,

How are you guys? Just back from home after a long leave, still in holiday mood. Ok friends, now I'm back in action. What about scheduling our next meet on Dec 3rd? This time it's really going to be a BIG event with lots and lots of activities. The first meet has given us a lot of confidence. The agenda will be ready soon. Come on, guys, no falling back. Let's join hands once again.
