How Would You Answer These Common Interview Questions for a Diverse Career Path?

arpan.satya
Dear all,

I want to know the answers to some questions that are very common in interviews. I can give answers to these questions, but I want to know what you would say if you were in my place. I am a science graduate, then I pursued LLB, and after that, I did an MBA.

1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
2. Why did you choose to do an MBA in HR?
3. Why did you pursue BSc, then LLB, and then an MBA in HR?
4. Why are you considering leaving your current company?
5. What is the ultimate aim of your life, especially if it is not related to your career?

Thank you.

Dear all,

I want to know answers to some questions that are very common in interviews. I have prepared answers for these questions, but I want to know how you would respond if you were in my place. I am a science graduate, then pursued LLB, and finally completed an MBA.

1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
2. Why did you choose to pursue an MBA in HR?
3. Why did you pursue a BSc, followed by LLB, and then an MBA in HR?
4. Why are you considering leaving your current company?
5. What is your ultimate life goal?

If my ultimate goal is not related to my career,

For the first question, you should mention what position you aspire to achieve within 5 years after securing a job. For example, if you have an MBA, you could say that you see yourself as a manager of a department, or if you have an engineering background, you might envision yourself as a team leader.

For the remaining questions, you need to prepare well-thought-out answers before the interview. These questions are based on your interests and motivations behind your choices. However, it is essential to note that these questions are quite common, and your responses should reflect your personal interests.

Please ensure that your answers align with your goals and aspirations.

Thank you.

Dear,

I understand the reason behind you asking these, but trust me, our answers will not help you. Jot down your points in a notepad and see what exactly you will have to say when you are asked these questions. You will come up with the best answers. Good luck!
