How Can I Create an Engaging Daily Welcome Message for Employee Motivation?

rakshitshubha
Dear All,

I want to send a 'Welcome Message' every morning to our employees through email. The message would be pictorial or a PowerPoint presentation. Could anybody help me to know how to create this type of message or from where I can get this? It is part of motivation and also learning within the organization to a certain extent.

Thanks,

There are a host of sites offering inspirational stories, poems, quotes, and real-life experiences. You can subscribe to them and use the content for your 'welcome messages'.

You can send daily quotes to all of your employees through emails or notice boards, etc.

Example:
"When you've got something to prove,
there's nothing greater than a challenge."

Like this, if any staff is using the system, you can send the "Quote of the Day."

Dear Rakshit,

You can send motivational quotes and thoughts. Keep the email short and simple since it is a daily message sent to all employees. You can find plenty of such quotes on Google. Additionally, you can occasionally share success stories from various companies that will inspire employees to take on challenges. Good initiative.

Warm Regards,
Shruthi

Hi Jigar,

I think Rakshit is looking for something else, I believe. Anyhow, Rakshit, I feel not everybody is really interested in getting daily quotes and phrases; not all people are alike. There will be times that people won't even be reading such emails. And you'll just be doing your job, which is really not fair. So, I'd say that you must send motivational stuff like quotes, sayings, etc., but at regular intervals. I am sure this will generate interest, and people can REALLY benefit from this. Subscribe to RSS feeds from zenhabits.net and other related websites. They have amazing stuff to offer.

Good Luck, Ketaky

Hi,

We are sending the "welcome letter" to the new joining employee to all Heads of Departments (HODs) through email. We will also take a printout to display on the notice board for all employees' reference.

Please find the PowerPoint (PPT) attachment.

Thanks,
VASU
