Invitation To All Training Managers In And Around Bangalore

Why only Bangalore, cant we rope in other cities too, make small groups in all cities, have live sessions, invite each other over....do it in a little large scale...come on lets. Sridhar what do u say?

I think you are right shreya, its better to remiain in the forum than to make individual forums. This seems to be the sentiment of many cite members.
My intention was to create something for thr 'Training managers' coz this professional ,more than anyother, thrives on shared ideas and knowledge.
But looking at the mixed responses, i think i will stick to cite forum only.

CITE HR Bangalore has initiated a regular meet every month where all HR related discussions take place.There are both trainers and Hr practioners meeting here.
