Sap Functional Consultant - Hr

Hi All,
I just did my SAP certification in HR module from Siemens, Hyderabad and got 83%. I have the experience of 3 years in HR generalist profile but now I want to move into the role of Functional Consultant and that's in Payroll.
I need some online material or some books where I can learn more about Payroll till the time I don't get any job into related field.
Please provide me the proper guidance or any other suggestions what shud I do...

If you only want experience....check and network with people and firms as per below...
Till the time that you can actually get a job, why do'nt you do an internship with a payroll firm e.g., Crossdomain or probably you can enroll for payroll training by enrolling for Tally / Quickbooks.
Also, you can check and find out from HR Manpower Planning & Consulting firms to whom payroll function has been outsourced.
Also try and network with Chartered Accountants, who would have an idea as to which firms are doing Payroll as an outsourced function.
Check in yellow pages, which consulting firm is specialising or providing services in Payroll.
