Salary & Commission Structure Rqd

Hello All,
Can anyone get me the salary & Commission structure for Business development person which is applicable in Metro's?

Normally at the time of joining you might have fixed some salary and might have fixed some business target.
Now he may be doing more business hence a part of profit can be given as commission. This can also be called as variable pay.
You have to sit with you marketing manager /HOD and work out a plan which will be beneficiary for both ie., for the organization and the individual and a motivating factor for the employee which in turn will increase in the bottom line.
There is no hard and fast rule hence work out.

If suppose 2 crore is a target, out of which 50 Lac is the profit apart all expenses, what is the percentage of commission can be given in Software industries?
Hope fixed and variable can together be included in the total CTC keeping 80% as fixed and 20% as Variable. Is that correct?
Can you send me the format of salary structure applicabel for BD officers in IT industry?
