Dear All,
I seek your valuable advice on the matter given below.
I was working in the Real Estate/Construction Industry for the last 3 years in a responsible position. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I resigned from the service. As per the company's policy, all confirmed employees should provide one month's notice period before resigning, and I did the same. However, in my case, they released me before completing my notice period.
Now, the HR Department is deducting my notice pay from my salary.
Kindly advise whether I should pay my notice pay to them or if they should reimburse me the same.
