Format For Preparatory Note

I am pursuing diploma in T&D from ISTD, New Delhi. I am about to start my internship project and looking forward for some guidance in this regard.:unsure:
If anyone has completed the same diploma or have any idea for submission of any intership report pls. let me know.

Even I have to start the same. Can any one tell I cleared my exams last year in Jun-Jul, so till when can I submit the report, what's the validity period?
