Please search the web. As an MBA graduate, I am sure you are capable of conducting a search using Google. After searching and making up your mind on the topic of interest, please drop me a private message. I will put you in touch with 3 others whom I am guiding.

Hello, Mr. Simhan,

This is Karthikeyan. I have completed my MHRM and have two and a half years of experience in HR. I am interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in HR. Could you please help me? I saw your profile, but I couldn't find your personal email id. Could you please share it with me?

Thank you.

Regards,
Karthikeyan

It is not possible to do a postdoc after an MBA. You have to complete your doctorate to pursue a postdoctoral position. I think it is evident in the name itself, right? A postdoctoral position is not a degree; it is a research period during which you may work in an institution to publish your research and prepare yourself for a career in research or academia.

I think the person made a mistake in the terminology. I think he wants to work towards a PhD degree.

Hi, Ms. Basu,

You can definitely pursue a doctoral degree after an MBA. To be very precise and to avoid university's procedural wrangles, you can conveniently pursue a Doctor of Management Studies (DMS) from the National Institute of Management or any institute that has ISO 9000 certification and is recognized by any of the Indian state governments.

Wishing you all the best. May God bless you.
