Pf Slips - Annual Returns

This is Rajesh working as a hr Executive in one of the print media from last two years. I have a problem that we are not getting pf slips from last 5 years while we submiting Annual Returns for every year . Suggested the formate if any for requisation of pf slips from PF OFFICE.

You will get better ans from the PF office only......don't waste your time to ask here.
As per my knowledge its not possible to collect from last 5 years..because 5 financial years overed.

EPFO has launched online Member Portal, where each individual employee can download his Member passbook. All the EPF members can now check their monthly PF Balance.
Do not waste your time by drafting letter to PF officials, Just register on the below link and get the epf balance as on date.
