There are two options.
1. you can approach the labour commissioner's office at DMS compound and get a copy of the same-particularly for your industry.

IF YOU ARE WORKING, You can contact your HR dept.since they are sending annual accounts to PF office they will have accumulated list. Moreover, pf office will send annual account slips every year(ended with February of every year) through employer for each employee - you can know the status from this. Or you can contact the PRO of pf office wherein your office pf account is maintained, He will guide you
It will take normally 45 days to settle. However you can have tracking facility in the website EPFO under know status of your claim. (or) you can contact pro of pf office in person, if you are in local area
My employer has not provided me any kind of account slips neither he has informed us whether they recieve it or not. Please let me know what can i do in this case.
