Have You Used Mentis HRMS Software? Seeking Real Feedback Before We Decide

We are in discussion with Bennet Technologies for their HRMS software called Mentis and wanted to have feedback on this product. According to the demo, the product looked quite useful, but I would appreciate comments/feedback from someone who has already used it.

Check with their HRMS clients specifically - their feedback would help. Generally, HRMS implementation undergoes a lot of customizations as HR practices vary across different organizations. Any HRMS should be easily customizable.

We have also analyzed Mentis. It's pretty good and economical. 😄

We are in the final stage to close the deal. They have just launched their community edition of HRMS and are providing new modules without any additional cost.
