How Can We Embrace Positive Changes from Western Culture in Our Organizational Practices?

I came across this in the Henkel report on India Aviation. See if we can adapt some of the good things in a similar line as we adapted Valentine's Day, Pub Culture, and Western life... My view is we should adopt the good! Go through the attachment.
