A new section for members to contribute case studies?

Dear Citehr team,

Can a new section be started dedicated to CASE STUDIES? It will help everyone, from students to mature HR professionals. Members could also contribute their own cases (dilemmas they face) and ask for suggestions from others.

That's a great idea! I guess it's already being done by us members where we ask questions and get replies to our questions. But putting it in that format will make it easier for all of us.

Sorry for the delay in replying; I was caught up with a project. Okay, the idea sounds good, but somebody will need to explain this to me (As some of you know, I come from an IT background). Hemant, can you please elaborate on this suggestion, and if you can, possibly PM me the exact idea? It may take some time to implement, though.

A new section, "Case Studies," can be added, perhaps in the library menu, where case studies about different organizations - problems faced in HR, new changes, etc., and how they dealt with them, can be published. Readers can suggest their own ways and ideas about it.

This can be one way of doing it.

A subtopic "Case Study" under HR Student's Area should be appropriate, as most of the students are first attracted there.

I would like to opine on this case study forum. By dedicating a case study forum, a lot of people would benefit in many ways, and this will definitely give impetus not only to students but also to HR professionals. I would like you to be heedful in selecting the forum.

Having the new section for case studies would greatly help the members to have a good exposure to various issues in HR. The assertive approach taken to handle those issues could help members a lot in case they face the same circumstances.

Just as an update - with the latest release, if you just mention the phrase "case studies" in the post, it will be included in the tag. For example, in the case of this thread, if you click on the "case study" link at the top, it will show you all threads that have been tagged with that keyword.
