What are the statutory norms in the accounting system to be followed by an incorporated company?

Hello, I am new to this site. I work as an hr executive for a relatively small and start-up company, but aggressive in growth. We have a dedicated accountant, but not so knowledgeable. i would want to know what are the statutory norms in the accounting system to be followed by an incorporated company like TDS, PF, PT, etc.. I did my research on this site but did not find any consolidated list. I hope there is someone out there with all the knowledge. thanks in advance.

It is important for any startup to use professional help to understand their accounting / statutory reporting requirements while starting the business to ensure there are no major mistakes or fines later on. Is your company a proprietorship or a Pvt Ltd co ? Is it registered ? Do you uses power (hP) for your product or service? How many employees do you have - male & female? What is the sector, industry, service or product that your company caters to?
