How Do I Properly Terminate a Contract with Security Services for Poor Performance?

Could you please tell me the procedure for the termination of the contract labor (Security Services) due to poor services. Also, please send me the termination notice format.

Please let me know if Sec.Services have any contract agreement with you. If so:

1. What are the terms and conditions?
2. What is the termination period?
3. Does the Sec. Ser. have any license from the Labor Department?

If the Sec. Ser. does not have any of the above, the contract can be terminated with a one-line letter stating, "Your contract is terminated with immediate effect."
