Hi, my name is Stanislava and my ambition is to write master thesis about leadership in IT projects. I am looking for a questionnaire and manual, which can be suitable for identifying leadership style of managers. I do not want to use LJI and LPC of Fiedler. I think that Blake-Mouton grid theory or R. Houses "path-goal" would be good for me. Or maybe, another questionnaire which is to identify orientation to task and relationships.
