Training On Personality Development

Dear All,
I'm working for construction co., planning to conduct the training on Personailty Development for Project Managers here. As i planned, i have to conduct a pre-evaluation test before training and soon after completion of the training again i have to conduct a test for effectiveness evaluation.
I searched lot for a proper Questionnaires for both the tests, but end up with less material.
I think i am in a need of help of you guys. Pls help me out in this regard with your valuable inputs.

You may not find what you are after. The best thing to do is take the nearest you find, adapt it and post it here for coments along with details of the objectives. I am sure you will get more responses.

The targeted people for this training would be Project Managers, whom to be groomed for next level. And I work for a construction company. The job profile of a Project Manager is very vast Hari.
He needs to handle the Civil Execution along with Administration factors involved. Client Interaction, Budgeting & Planning being integral part.

I would like to request u to join silicon india site and there u can find n number of questionnaires. also i will try and send u few sites from where u can research and find some questionnaires for training. sorry tht i could not provide u direct questionnaire.the reason is when u research for ur self the n u will get more grasp over the information and this will hepl u understand the needs and deliver the best.
