Struggling to Find Effective Pre- and Post-Training Tests for Personality Development in Construction? Need Your Help!

I'm working for a construction company and am planning to conduct training on Personality Development for Project Managers here. As planned, I have to conduct a pre-evaluation test before the training and, soon after completion of the training, conduct a test for effectiveness evaluation.

I have searched a lot for proper questionnaires for both tests but have ended up with limited material. I believe I am in need of your help. Please assist me in this regard with your valuable inputs.
