Dear Roma,

You do not seem to have taken my advice and have not given much detail. What do you mean by the pharma sector? Which categories of workers and functional areas are you considering? Though the standard format may be the same for all levels, the Key Performance Indicators differ.

The form is supposed to be for all levels of management cadre across departments, i.e., sales, procurement, HR, Marketing, and manufacturing, etc.
