Exploring 5S Concepts: Implementation, Training, and Consultant Recommendations

When I was schooling, I was in the Quality Assurance team where we implemented the 5S concept using different methods. However, what we found out then was that, other than participating in various school activities related to 5S, no one was truly interested in this initiative. Even those who were involved in the implementation were not adequately supported.

Now, I have noticed that in Sri Lanka, more companies as well as government organizations are implementing this concept with remarkable results. It should be promoted among companies to enhance efficiency, cleanliness, effectiveness, etc.
