In the tough recession times, how should we find out about prevailing salary practices in the market? Do any of you have any idea as to how we should keep ourselves updated regarding what packages are being offered in the current market scenario?

If you guys have any relevant information regarding the same, please share :idea: it with cite hr members.

No other way, Nitu, except doing your homework properly, i.e., tracking the web/portals appropriately on a regular basis for the needed information. Not sure of your domain, but attaching the most recent regarding the IT industry.
