Curious About 2009 Dearness Allowance Changes? Let's Discuss the Limits and Increases

My company is in the automobile service industry. We are located in Pune, Maharashtra. I want to know what the increase in Dearness Allowance is for the year 2009. I have heard that Dearness Allowance is increased by Rs. 30. What is the minimum or maximum limit for Dearness Allowance? Currently, my company pays Rs. 795/- as Dearness Allowance. We are planning to increase the Dearness Allowance as part of the salary hike. Please share your knowledge.
