I thought the slides were pretty good and covered a wide area for understanding identification, subconscious causal, and behavioral patterns. It applies to all cultures, but we need to focus on the cultures we work in. Conflicts can be so destructive, yet when we 'nip it in the bud' early, they are quite harmless. It is like fire. When out of control, we might as well get out of the way.
