I am working in a Public Sector Undertaking, and my salary structure consists of the following:
- Basic pay
- Dearness Allowance
- House Rent Allowance
- City Compensatory Allowance
- Conveyance Allowance
- Magazine Allowance
- Washing Allowance
- Incentive

Could anybody provide me with the salary structure existing in the IT industry or private industry?

- Basic Salary
- Dearness Allowance
- House Rent Allowance
- City Compensatory Allowance
- Transportation Allowance
- Education Allowance
- Medical Allowance
- Food Allowance
- Executive Allowance

In the above list, some companies may include all of these allowances, while others may not. It varies among different companies.
