Minimum Wage Update in Uttar Pradesh: Can Anyone Share the Latest Notification?

I have been informed that Minimum Wages have been revised in UP w.e.f. 01-04-09. I would be grateful if anyone can provide a copy of the notification for the same, issued by the Labour Office.

The attached copy of UP Minimum Wages is not very clear, especially in Column No. 2. Is it 2954 or 2964? Also, in the revision column, is it 680.11 or 880.11?
