I don't think there are any courses on compensation & benefits in India. However, one can pursue certifications. There are certification courses available through Middle Earth Consultants in India.

One can also obtain certifications in C&B from worldatwork.org.

Please try the CCBP Certified Compensation & Benefits Program from Middle Earth Consultants. I am not sure about the location though, but they conduct workshops on C&B and other HR modules across India. You can also try Salhakaar Consultants.

You can pursue an MBA in HR if you are a graduate. It is a very good course, and your career in HR will progress quickly.
