I wouls like to pursue corresopondence course in compensation management. If anyone of you know such courses, kindly provide details for the same.:?: I am residing in indore (M.P.), if anyone know any such course being conducted in Indore pls let me know.

I don't think there are any course on compensation & benefits in India. However, one can go certifications. There are certification courses available through middle eath consultants in India.
One can also do certifications in C&B from worldatwork.org.

Please try the CCBP Certified Compensation & Benefits Program from Middle Earth Consultants. I am not sure about the location though, but they conduct workshops on C&B and other HR modules accross India.
You can also try salhakaar consultants.
