New to HR? Need Help with Labor Contract Changes and Forecasting Forms?

I have recently joined an organization where I am handling every aspect of HRM. I need a format or sample of a letter requesting a change in the labor contract, warning forms, and manpower forecast. I will be very thankful to all of you.

Which organization have you joined? Could you please provide information on the onboarding process of that organization and the feedback form? I have a summer project to submit soon and have only been able to gather information on a few organizations' processes.
