Dear all,

Actually, in our company, working days should be calculated by excluding weekly offs and leaves. What should be the actual number of working days?

Please let me know.

Available Days in the Month (Minus) Leaves (Minus) Absences (Equals) Total Salary Payable Days

Hey, leaves are paid, so they should not be deducted from the above. Also, what are absences?

Actual working days are just the number of days on which the company is open and functions officially. It is simple - just exclude the weekly offs and holidays, and that's it, you get the actual working days. 😉😉

Hello to all,

But Kavi, I didn't realize the actual deduction of leaves should not be considered. What about the half leave? Should it be considered as a working day or not? Let me confirm.

Goodbye. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Sayali

Miss Sayali, your question is not to the point. You can calculate working days for the company and not for an individual employee. You are totally off track. :-|:-|:-|
