Seeking Help: How to Create a Questionnaire on Employee Satisfaction for My MBA Project?

My name is Priya Narayan. I am new to the forum and currently working as an Executive Administrator while pursuing my MBA in HR. I have a project for which I require a questionnaire regarding employee satisfaction with their job from both social and economic perspectives. Kindly assist me with this.

Hello Vijay,

Thank you for posting the questionnaire. Is this something that your company uses? From an academic's point of view, the questionnaire is too simplistic and would not meet the objectives of a project report, as most of the questions, other than open-ended ones, are dichotomous (i.e., require Yes or No responses) and cannot be subjected to statistical analysis.

I would welcome views opposite to mine to help generate a debate, which could be useful for students.

Thank you, Mr. Vijay, for the questionnaire. I do agree with Mr. Simhan; there should be a statistical response. Only with yes or no can we not reach the analysis.
